BECOMING A NEW CUSTOMER

Can I view your catalogs online?
At this time only customers can be issued a login to the website to view our catalogs. If you would like to become a customer please go to the "Forms" section of the website and fill out the "New Account Form. If you have misplaced your login information, please contact your Sales Representative or email mings@westcoastnovelty.com. A reminder will be emailed to you.

If I run an Internet-only business can I become a customer?
Unfortunately, we cannot open an account for you at this time. Due to our exclusive agreements with the Leagues and CLC, we can only sell to "brick and mortar" retail stores located in the United States.

What happens after I submit the "New Account Form"?
The form is forwarded to the Sales Manager in your region. If the process was successful you should receive an e-mail. The Sales Manager will then send your application to a Sales Representative in your area. You should be contacted within 5 business days. Your Sales Representative will then provide a WCN Credit Application for you which must be completed and return-faxed in order to begin the account setup process.

I submitted my "New Account Form" and have not heard from anyone.
It can take up to 5 business days to hear from a sales representative. If you have not heard from anyone in 5 days please contact the sales manager in your area (e-mail address provided after you submit New Account Form). If you have trouble reaching them please call customer service at (510) 748-4248.

HOW TO USE THE WEBSITE

How do I use the website inventory?
1. Login using your login information.
2. Select an inventory catalog from the 'Inventory by Catalog' drop-down link to view items by Catalog, or the Inventory All Catalogs link to view all items in all catalogs.
3. On the Search Inventory page enter the team your are looking for on the Search By Team menu and the type of item you are looking for, like headwear, on the Search By Commodity menu.
4. Then simply click submit and you will be able to view our current inventory in real time. Please be patient as some inventories make take a few minutes to load.
5. Use the 'Stock Level' for viewing either In Stock item or to include incoming product on Future Purchase Orders.

How do I view your online catalogs?
1. Login using your login information.
2. Select a catalog from the "Catalogs (PDF)" section (requires Adobe Reader 8 or newer).
3. Please be patient as larger catalogs may take a few minutes to download.


Can I place an order online?
At this time, we are not allowed to accept online orders. You can place an order by calling or emailing your WCN Sales Representative, or by faxing your order to our customer service dept at (510)748-4478


I have problems logging on. What should I do?
1. When going to our website, try physically typing in www.westcoastnovelty.com. Sometimes if you attempt to login using a website address that has been stored in your browser, it will bring you to an older version of the website. Actually keying in the web address will often solve your problems.
2. Make sure you are attempting to login by clicking on the "Login" tab of the website and then entering the applicable information.
3. If your password has a zero in it, please make sure you are entering a 0 (zero) rather than an "O".
